The Consultation
Every evening begins with a personal visit. I come to you — to understand your taste, design your menu, wine, music, and cigar selection, and to plan the logistics of your space: table setup, sound system for the turntable, and kitchen access. The following day, you receive your proposal and agreement.

The Evening
We arrive three hours ahead to prepare. Each guest finds a printed menu at their place. Through dinner, our staff keeps the vinyl turning. After dessert, the cigar humidor is brought to the table — or guests may choose in advance from a curated cigar list presented at the consultation. For a 6pm dinner, we typically arrive at 3pm and close between 9 and 10pm. Live jazz — trio or quartet — is available on request.

The Details
Hosted at your home. From 6 to 20 guests, with intimate reservations for two available for anniversaries and special occasions. Dietary restrictions and allergies are discussed at the consultation — we ask that hosts share their guests' needs in advance for the best possible evening.

California — and San Francisco especially — has a deep jazz tradition, matched by some of the finest produce anywhere. The music isn’t there to fill silence; it makes room for it, inviting a comment on the record playing, a connection between guests.
The cigar is chosen after dessert — what in the Mediterranean and Latin America is called sobremesa. It’s the moment to close a deal, mark a birthday, or simply sit with the people closest to you. Not every evening includes it — whisky or cognac alone is just as fitting. Cigars are offered across sizes and intensities, for beginners and connoisseurs alike.
